Thank You

Growing up, I strayed away from people. I didn't like them. Which is ironic, since my career really does depend on the public. I threw away friendships and relationships because of my hardships. I've done it and I've seen other folks do it as well. You have to get to a special place when you can actually say "fuck it all." It's a very lonely lifestyle. You COULD do it, but I wouldn't suggest that you do.

For those who have read any of my more recent work and actually enjoyed themselves, then thank my wife.

I found writing when I was 12, with the help of my 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Myer. I will never forget what she used to tell me; the words of encouragement. She knew everything I was going through and she refused to let me sink.

I had given up writing back in 2010 to start my family. The pipedream of being a bestselling author or an accomplished screenwriter, were just that, pipedreams. I had walked away. And I missed it terribly.

Now, no one told me to give it up. It was 100% my decision. I wasn't making any money for my family to justify sitting in front of my cpu screen for hours a day. I was defeated. It was my wife who kicked me in the ass and said, "get up and finish your writing. I am NOT being blamed for this."

I owe my wife, Krystal, more than what I'll ever be able to repay her. Best thing: she doesn't ask for anything in return. She's just a generous woman. Thee best woman I have ever had the privilege of knowing (sorry ma!). I can't imagine what my life would be without her, and fankly, it scares the shit out of me to even think of it.

Creating a book takes more than just one person (most times) and I would feel like an ass if I didn't also promote the OTHER two women in my life who have helped me HUGELY! Nicole Giverdon, my editor and Brittney Fournier, my designer. Two beautiful women who are only out macthed by their insane talents.

As the header reads, to Mrs. Myer, Nicole, Brittney, ma and my sensational wife, Krystal, THANK YOU!
